You need to have a head shot for your subject. You may take the photo or find an image online.

Cut out the background of the image, remove the jaw as needed and fill in that space with a colour that will look like the back of the mouth. Save both the jaw and the head as png files.

Create a background for the scene.

Record a voice over.

Key-frame the mouth to match the speaking in the voice over. Add any necessary background audio.

Export your animation and post it to your blog.
